The Department of Human Services compiles and analyzes data on Lee County demographics as well as government, private, and nonprofit agencies & programs. This data is then mapped using GIS and supports on-going Strategic Planning, which eliminates redundant action and focuses scarce resources in coordinated responses to documented Lee County needs. The Department reports these strategies in the county Consolidated Plan, Annual Plan, Homeless Continuum of Care, and other documents.
