This program is funded by Lee County tax dollars. Certain residency, age, citizenship and income requirements may apply. Click here for more information.
Assistance is in the form of payments to vendors such as utility companies or landlords. Due to funding cycles, all programs are not necessarily in effect at any given time. Eligibility requirements may vary depending on the program. Please call in advance to make sure funding is available and that you meet the eligibility criteria.

- Electric - In the absence of LIHEAP or CTS, county funds may be available for electric assistance under certain circumstances. Please consult one of our Eligibility Specialists for the various criteria.
- Water - County funds may be used to pay a water bill if it contains a past-due notice. Payment must prevent shutoff and client may be required to demonstrate ability to pay future month's bills. Deposits are not eligible.
