Restitution Accountability Boards (RAB)

A Restitution Accountability Board (RAB) is a court ordered program.  The youth is order to participate in the RAB as a sanction of their probation.  The youth, their parent(s)/guardian, the victim, and RAB will enter into an agreement for the youth to repair the harm.

The youth who are eligible are youth who have committed:

  • Non-violent felonies
    • Grand Theft
    • Grand Theft Auto
    • Burglary
    • Felony Criminal Mischief
    • Or other charges deemed appropriate by the courts
