Neighborhood Accountability Boards (NAB)

Juveniles committing crimes in Lee County are accessed by the department of Juvenile Justice and approved by the State Attorney's Office.  If deemed appropriate, a referal is made to the NAB.

The youth who are eligible are youth who have committed:

  • Non-violent offenses
    • Theft (misdemeanors and felonies)
    • Criminal Mischief
    • Drug related charges
    • Resisting Arrest Without Violence
    • Burglary
    • Or other charges deemed appropriate by the courts
